He growls fiercely (but honestly, it’s more cute than fierce!), making sure that the hiccups know who’s boss! But they don’t stop, so he goes into full on barking! Oh dear! He loudly tries to scare the strange happening away. That’s one determined pup! He’s got a great fighting spirit!

My favorite part is at the end of the video, when the young pup leaps around to grab at thin air, as though he’s expecting the hiccups to be there playing tricks on him. Silly puppy! Don’t worry, young one, you’ll soon get used to the hiccups and will discover that they mean no harm.
