His life changed at that moment, never to be the same again. When Cisco was discharged from his medical treatment, he just didn’t look the same to his owner, no longer cute or adorable in his eyes.
His owner would not even look at poor Cisco due to his disfigurement. So of all things, he took Cisco to the nearest puppy mill and dropped him off.
