She flipped him off! So, the judge went one step farther and sentenced her to thirty days in jail. Later, a tearful Penelope returned and apologized for her behavior. She explained that she was under the influence at the time of the hearing. The judge relented somewhat and dropped her thirty day jail sentencing.
