This video may have come a bit too late, as summer is almost over, but it’s sure to put a smile on your face! I don’t know about you, but I don’t often see small dogs like chihuahuas swimming in the water. It could be of their size, or the fact that they get cold easily, but this particular chihuahua is not only resourceful, but opportunistic! We all know how difficult it is to take that initial jump into the water; whether it be the ocean, a lake, or even just a swimming pool. We all know that the shock of the temperature change is coming, although the anticipation is usually a million times worse than the actual water! We all know that we are all just one slip-up away from cats taking over all of mankind. “Planet of the Cats” looks very likely when taking a look at this insane video of a cat named “Mulder”. Pet owners can take extra precautions to prevent dogs from accessing various parts of the house; they put baby gates across doorways or boxes or chairs on the sofa to prevent them from sleeping on it. Cats, on the other hand, are more challenging. None of those solutions work for our feline friends, as they have the ability to jump over or on pretty much any object we put in their way. Pretty much the only way we can keep our cats contained is to lock them in a room. Of course, Mulder, using his detective skills of his possible namesake, Mulder, a detective from “The X-Files”, figured out a way to even escape from that. Kristian Svenson, Mulder’s owner, openly admits to his cat “you scare me”. We all sometimes have the desire to laugh at something we’re “not supposed to”. This subsequent thread of photos is definitely one of those things! These poor kitties may look hilarious after they’re stung by bees or wasps, but it’s important to take the same precaution with all animals, as you would yourself. Keeping things consistent with how you would treat a human, the same goes for the method of removing a stinger in a cat; make sure you scrape the stinger and do not squeeze it out! Make sure to take your furry friend to the vet immediately if it appears that they were stung in the mouth or their throat, as this can cause swelling in the airway, making it almost impossible for them to breathe. The sleep is strong with this one! When you have children, you realize that you typically need to have some kind of routine with them to even get into their beds each night! It could involve reading them a story, having their baby blanket or a certain toy, or maybe a bedtime lullaby.
