Many people have the skewed idea that dogs from puppy mills or pet shops are somehow “better” or more easily-trainable than dogs from a shelter. Here’s yet another story that proves that theory to be incredibly wrong. Jackson is a three-year-old Golden Retriever who is extremely well-behaved. The surprising part is that he came from a shelter, and was adopted by a man named, Steve Moore. He, like many others, do not believe in keeping a dog locked indoors, nor tied to a pole outside while their owner goes inside to shop.

No matter how long we have our pets for; seven months, or seven years, can be heartbreaking when we lose them. Saying goodbye is never easy, especially to someone we are close to. Our pets are our children, our siblings, and our best friends, at times. It’s even more difficult when we lose one we have known for the entirety of our lives.

This young pooch already had sworn she’d never fall asleep inside the car ever again. Now, it’s time she proves everyone she’s not the type who breaks promises. Boy is she trying her hardest! But, her eyes feel so heavy. She didn’t get enough sleep last night. When do dogs get enough sleep, anyways? One thing’s for sure–she is fighting! Thought you’re fighting, baby girl? Come on! Prove your naysayers wrong! You’re so much better than that! Okay… so… she loses her battle to drowsiness. She breaks her promise. On the bright side, though, she gets the sleep of a lifetime!
