Google Maps is a tool a large percentage of us use, and understandably so, because you can find just about anything in the world on there. This story involves someone who found something a little more unexpected than driving directions. It all began when Patrick Pittenger pulled up Google Maps Street View earlier this summer to show his girlfriend where he worked in Los Angeles. His girlfriend, Jennifer Velesquez, had heard about the dog, Sonya, before. Sometimes, Patrick would bring her food and water, and was often tempted to adopt her. A cat named Thor, from Belgium, has reached internet fame, because of his beautiful fur and uncanny similarity in appearance to the Bengal tiger. Thor is a three-year-old bengal cat, which is a cross between a house cat, and an Asian leopard cat. A first-generation Bengal is directly from one wild and one domestic parent, which is why they typically exhibit wild behaviors.

Our pets are like our children, and no matter how much they frustrate us or upset us, we cannot just give them away.
