Kids say the darndest things, don’t they? While children are highly intelligent beings, their logic isn’t always, well…logical! It’s never a dull moment with children in the house! In this 6-minute video, sure to induce a chuckle or two, we meet the mother, named, Billie Joe, her adorable daughter, Breanna, and of course, Izzy, the cow. Yes, you read that right; the cow. Billie Jo and the rest of her family rescued Izzy from a freezing swamp in Pennsylvania. As soon as Billie Jo was looking away, the sweet and gentle giant somehow managed to conveniently find her way onto the family’s enclosed porch. Every now-and-then, we read something that really affects us; really provokes emotion. Whether that emotion may be sadness, joy, or anger, it is always refreshing when we read something that makes us come to some kind of realization or eye-opening experience. As dog owners know, we are very connected and emotionally attached to our furry best friends; they become a part of our family, and we treat them as such. Although, we typically associate comics with happiness and humor, this “comic” is causing many dog owners to cry. If you find yourself on a farm at any point in time, you’re probably going to see some kind of feline and bird on said farm. We all know that cats and birds notoriously are arch enemies, so those who want to raise chickens, may understandably be concerned about their safety around cats! Well, in this particular situation, this is definitely not the case! Reddit user, Virnovus, posted a photo that shows a hen sitting on an entire litter of kittens to keep them warm! While we don’t know exactly what’s going on in this motherly hen’s mind, we know she is probably either very confused, or just a great mom! While there are plenty of homeless cats roaming the streets in California, this story about one particular feline has warmed our hearts. A small, abandoned kitten was discovered alone on the streets of San Jose, CA. The two-week-old kitten was taken to Thoa Bui, a woman who has experience rescuing animals. The kitten, named Rosie, didn’t respond to Bui’s efforts; she would not eat, she would not respond, and really, didn’t do much aside from lie there. This was all before her new “dog mom”, Lilo, took over things! Immediately, Rosie began to respond and feel better, just after a couple hours of cuddling with Lilo!
