Goldstein said that Kenji in the sweetest, most affectionate dog and loves belly rubs and attention. He even howls deeply when he’s excited. Kenji adapted to his new life beautifully except for one thing; he did not like other dogs at all.
The Goldsteins knew about Kenji’s past life with Sofia and the deep bond they shared, so they decided to try and reunite the two.
They tracked down Sophia’s new family and arranged a meeting, but since the pair hadn’t seen one another since South Korea, their parents were worried they wouldn’t remember each other.
