The staff members were finally able to catch him and called Thunder Bay by Northern Reach which is a rescue group that helps desperate dogs from the northern communities find homes in southern Ontario.
They flew him in as soon as they could load him up and a family agreed to take Snappy in and foster him while he recovered.
