Roxy, Edith, Rosie, Jake, and Mia are a big family composed of one cat and four dogs who have always been very loyal to each other, as well as their parents. But, it was life, and so the dynamic began to change for them. The animals knew something was going on throughout Kasey’s pregnancy and kept an extra-close watch over her.
When the big day came, the excited parents had to rush out and to the hospital which left the pets a little worried at their being gone for a few days so they were eager to see their dad when he came home with a new hospital blanket. They all smelled the blanket and seemed to understand what happened.
When the happy couple finally arrived with a new baby in tow, the animals seemed like they already knew he would be coming home and immediately showed love and respect towards the new baby, Sonny. Each pet adores Sonny and shows it in different way.
Mia, who is the only cat in the house, always sits higher than the baby so she can keep a sharp eye on him. Roxy, the oldest dog, loves to snuggle with Sonny at nap time. Edith and Rosie are on cry patrol. They get upset when the baby cries and won’t settle down unit mom or dad has come to take care of him. Jack, the only boy, is the feeding and diaper changing assistant and never misses one of them.
