A video of a Dallas mom walking into a jewelry store has gone viral, and for good reason. She walked in with her son and daughter to try to sell a valuable family heirloom ring. Upon inspection, the Syrian jewelry store owner asked why she wanted to sell this ring, as it was the type of ring that doesn’t come into one’s possession by accident.
It was clear that this was her last resort. She informed him that she was broke, and she wouldn’t be getting paid until the next month. As the owner preoccupied himself with cleaning shelves, he told the woman to wait a moment, while he returned with his equipment to take a look at the ring, further.
