Older generations are often overlooked in our society, cast aside in favor of younger generations. It is a very unfortunate reality, as most seniors have exciting and thrilling stories that they have lived through. There are countless things we can learn from our eldest generations, as many of their experiences and stories are impossible to re-live today.
This wonderful video reminds is that people in their older ages may sometimes be forgotten, they are still very much alive! The video starts off by asking the participants, “What do you see when you look at me?†The words are heartwrenching: senile, frail dependent; but, towards the end of the video, the tone changes and we see who they really are!
