Many say that animals have a kind of sixth sense; they can smell fear, and also seem to be able to know when bad situations are about to arise, before they even happen. This exact thing occurred when Toto, a three-year-old chihuahua, was brought into The Carson Animal Control Office. Toto was brought in to be surrendered to the center, along with his food.
He seemed to realize it right when he walked in. The small dog can be seen in the video, pulling away to try and escape, and tugging at his owner’s legs and trying to hide behind his owner in an effort that maybe he will change his mind and decide to keep him.
