Harley is a dog that was born in Canada shortly after his mother, Simona, was shipped there from Israel in the final contingent of rescued dogs hoping to find new homes in a new country. Upon her arrival, no one knew she was pregnant, not even those in Israel.
It soon became apparent that Harley wasn’t as active as his sister Stella and didn’t seem to want to explore as he was having trouble moving around.
