There are few animals who are as frequently abused as elephants. It’s a sad truth. They are caged and beaten and forced to give rides, which can be very painful for an elephant. Raju is one such elephant. He was an attraction at a park in India.
They kept him there, abused and beaten, for over 50 years. It wasn’t until two years ago that an organization called Wildlife SOS came to Raju’s rescue and freed him.
