Sadly, puppy mills are everywhere, and every day there are animal abuse charges filed against them, yet it seems nothing is being done about it. This is a short story about a dog named Cisco, and his experience at a puppy mill, following an accident.
Cisco was a happy little guy, living in a home with his daddy, life was good. Then one day little Cisco was hit by a car when crossing the road.
