2 Day Old Baby Meets Her Great Grandmother. Their Reaction? Priceless!

“My 92 year old grandmother meeting my 2 day old daughter for the first time. Life comes and goes, but it’s always beautiful,” writes Scott Martin in the description of a photo he posted of the first meeting of Penelope Martin and her Great-Grandmother Millie. Millie Martin helped raise her grandson Scott, who had medical issues to contend with since birth. After the death of his father 9 years ago the two grew even closer. When Scott and his wife Jennifer had trouble conceiving, Millie prayed for the couple every day. It was also Millie’s hope for there to be another girl in the family. When her prayer was finally answered, it was with great joy and haste that the new parents traveled to Millie’s home of Tacoma, Washington with baby Penelope to meet the woman without whom their family would not exist. “We wanted her to be the first to meet our new little girl,” Jennifer says. “They just sat there and stared at each other like they shared a secret.” But this isn’t the first time Penelope went viral on the internet! Little Girl Had To Carry Heavy Oxygen Tank To Survive. But When She Met Him? OMG!

This isn’t just another story about a kid and their dog. This one is special. This is the story of a little girl who wouldn’t get to be a kid without her dog. Aaron and Debbie Knobloch had to face every parent’s worst nightmare when their 7-month-old daughter Alida began to get sick. Alida was struggling to breathe, and had to go to the hospital for the first time. 2 months later, they had a diagnosis: Neuroendocrine Cell Hyperplasia of Infancy, or NEHI; a disease that prevents the oxygen in Alida’s lungs from entering her bloodstream. Due to her illness, Alida must depend on an external oxygen source in the form of heavy canisters that she must be connected to at all times. Then she met this dog… and he saves her life every single day!

Little Girl Waves At Construction Workers Everyday. What They Do For Her? Tears.

A little girl sits pressed up against the cold glass of her hospital room window. She is only 3-years-old and inside of that room, she must be alone, for now. She is being treated with chemotherapy for her case of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and it requires that she remain, for the time being, in isolation. Vivian Keith watches as outside of her hospital room the world remains in motion. In fact, the very hospital she is staying in, Barnes-Jewish St. Louis Children’s Hospital, is adding new construction, and every day she waves to the men doing the work. Those men wave back at all of the children they see in the windows, but somehow form a special bond with Vivian. What they do for her? Unbelievable!

Man Returns Home From Work One Evening. Who He Sees Inside With His Wife? Tears.

Time and distance can never destroy the bonds of family, but even when we may not realize it, we carry the stress of separation around with us every day we are apart. Many families are not fortunate enough to get to stay together throughout their lives. Long times apart can be somewhat alleviated thanks to video chats and phone calls, but eventually lack of physical proximity takes its toll. This video captures that exquisite moment when the flood of emotion that was carefully walled away by one son, is finally released when he is at last reunited with his mother. Jeff is a new father who has not seen his brother Axel for 4 years, and his mother Madeline for 10 years. Madeline worked as a flight attendant, and though Jeff was born in the United States, he was raised between Paris, France and Libreville, Gabon. When he returns home one evening, he got the surprise of his life!

He Steps Out Of The Car And Walks To A Woman. What The Dog Does Next? Aww!

Nothing heals our emotional wounds quite so well as unconditional love, and nowhere is that love purer than between a dog and his best friend. This is the story of two dogs, Mama and Panda, their owner Joshua, and the volunteer who brought this family back together, Mariah and Tia. After Air Force veteran Joshua returned home from Afghanistan, he, like so many of our veterans, had trouble adjusting to civilian life. The scars of war are felt deepest in its absence. During his attempts to acclimate himself back to normalcy, Joshua had the comfort and support of his two beloved dogs. Mama and Panda were there for him in a way that other people could not be. He never had to fear their judgement of any odd behavior, and could always count on their devoted happiness in his presence. Regrettably, Joshua had to leave his greatest support behind when he had to move from Louisiana to California. What happens after two months? I’m speechless…
