It all started when Mike Javanjee and some friends were out on Lake Oswego, enjoying the hot summer, when they noticed a baby gosling was drowning. They knew that they couldn’t just leave her to die, so Mike rescued her and ended up taking her home.
His plans were to nurse her back to health, and let her go as soon as she was able to take care of herself.
