I’m sure you’ve heard at least one story, whether on the news or from a friend, of a crazy incident taking place while on sleeping pills. These pills have the specific warning on the packaging to advise you not to operate heavy machinery or drive a car. They say nothing about accessing the internet or credit card while under the influence of them!
Many of us see sleeping pills as a good thing; they help us sleep, which is pretty important, according to just about everybody.
