Mike Lanigan first moved with his family to a farm in the 1950’s, when he was just a boy. For the next 30 or so years, the huge landscape operated as a normal farm, raising animals to one day, sell as meat.
After years spent at university, and a stint with the forestry department, Lanigan returned and bought the farm from his father’s estate.
