If you’ve ever driven in China before, you know that it can get pretty aggressive/scary, at times. These guys do not mess around! A great example is this recent piece of news: Chinese drivers are now placing scary decals on their windows, that only appear when high beams flash on them.
Who knew that flashing your high beams was such a serious and/or common offense in China?
