Aside from it being a federal offense, as we all know (or should know), stealing something that isn’t yours is just downright wrong. Of course, despite both of these reasons, there are some people who go ahead anyway and mess with others’ property. Many have the misfortune of being a victim of these crimes, and Victor “The Snakemann†was one of them.
Fed up with people stealing his packages off of his front porch (this year, he’d had four stolen), Victor devised a plan. Like most people’s first thought, he installed security cameras to try and catch the thieves. Once able to record an image of their faces, he could then present it to police; although, he wasn’t done, yet.
