Parrots are naturally found in tropical and sub-tropical climates, but we also see them frequently as pets, due to their being-adorable and also their intelligence. Their strong, curved bills and bright colors make them an attractive pet to have, as well as the ability to speak on the level of a four or five-year-old human.
They’re one of the most intelligent birds in the world, and their ability to mimic human speech is one of the traits that make them so popular. Many parrot parents forget that what they say around their “children†can be picked up and repeated at the most inappropriate time; they really pick up on everything!
The sweet little parrot in this video does nothing inappropriate, but is quite adorable! Her name is Kanji, and she is a three-year-old African Grey.
