Nothing can prepare us for the pain of losing a loved one; pets, included. An Illinois teen, named Catie Callaghan, recently experienced that pain. The girl and her family rescued a dog, named Bandit. The sweet and elderly dog was loved by the entire family, but especially by Catie’s father.
As with many aging dogs, he had a slew of health issues. The family did their best to minimize them, but after many surgeries, Bandit passed away.
