I don’t know if you’ve already realized this thing yet, but pictures of actors and actresses you see on magazines and on tabloids have little to no truth to them, looks-wise.
They are usually enhanced–hey there Photoshop–to make these stars appear like the perfect, flawless, blemish-free, ever youthful, hotness overload gods and goddesses people expect them to be. As a result, a lot of us feel bad about our own appearance. We feel like unless we look as good as they do, we are not worthy of anything.
But the truth is, they are just like us. They are people like us–totally and beautifully imperfect. They also got wrinkles, cellulites, and stretch marks. They got pores as well as a couple of nasty breakouts here and there. Heck, they also age just like everyone of us! They are no vampires! That said, there is nothing for us to feel embarrassed about our faces and our bodies.
