One of the many animal rescue persons that visited the property likened the scene to that of a horror movie. Kendyll Briggs stated that these animals were the survivors. There were a lot of dogs and cats that did not live long enough to see the rescue wagon arrive.
Perhaps the most troubling aspect of the scene was that the lady who owned the animals, had “rescued†them.’
