Going to the gym and eating your vegetables may be the secret to a long life, according to your family doctor, but Jesse Gallan, the oldest woman in Scotland, has other advice to achieving a long and healthy life: eating porridge and staying away from men. â€œMy secret to a long life is staying away from men.
