The selfless actions of an 11-year-old girl have, in this way, helped Libre, a little puppy who has received a lot of media attention after being rescued from a farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Liberty Miller’s birthday was right around the corner, and she was excited as any other kid could be! But then she made an incredible birthday request: instead of buying her presents, she asked her friends and family to make cash donations to help cover Libre’s medical fees.
