Any parent who has ever had their child in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), knows how terrifying it is. The joy of giving birth to your newborn, and the contrasting pain of not being able to take them home, is all emotionally exhausting.
However, The March of Dimes made things a little less heavy-hearted this Halloween season at a Kansas City NICU ward.
