Esther the wonder pig is an adorable pig that is a mini pig. Wait, what? She’s 650 pounds? Okay, so Steve Jenkins and his partner Derek Walter were told that Esther was a mini pig when they adopted her at a young age.
That is a common occurrence with pigs and their prospective owners as everyone wants a mini pig to carry around, but no one wants a huge potbelly pig, unless it’s for bacon.
