Meet Popeye. He’s a rescue dog, and he’s gonna make all of us drool from extreme hunger. He isn’t considered a food porn master for nothing.
“I found him as a stray. He was such a mess–super skinny, heavily matted, dirty,” the pup’s mom, Ivy, revealed to Bored Panda.
However, his life now is a far cry from his past. He currently has his own Instagram account (yeah, right) where there are countless of mouth-watering, lip-smacking food selfies of Popeye, of course. If only I could exchange lives with this dog even for just a day!
“One of my friends, Jen, suggested that I create an Instagram account for Popeye because he was cute… Jen and I liked to go on what we call ‘Instagram dates’ and take pics of our food. I’d bring Popeye any time I can, and we realized he was really good around food,” Ivy said. And, that’s really how Popeye’s career took off. Now, he’s quite famous.
Well, the pup doesn’t really eat the food he’s pictured with. He just loves being around them. FYI, it’s Ivy and Jen who do the eating!
