Duncan is a boxer that was found as a stray in Colorado walking around on his front legs as his back legs were fused together. The people who found him called Panda Paws Rescue which is a shelter for special needs dogs.
Duncan was immediately flown to Washington in hopes of a better life. A family was found for Duncan before he even arrived at his rescue center.
